Letter: Delay until the by-pass opens
I accept that this work is necessary and is for the long term benefit of the residents of Haywards Heath.
However, I see from notices displayed in the Rocky Lane area that this road will be closed at around the same time.
Would it not be possible to delay the work in South Road until that work is complete, then the Haywards Heath by-pass will be open, take a quantity of through traffic, and reduce the disruption in the South Road area.
