They gave her an extra five years of quality life with their tender loving care and we were happy that she was being well cared for and in a safe place. When we visited several times a week, she was always happy and content which reflected the atmosphere in the home.
We were therefore shocked to read your article (Gazette, January 26), which showed the home in the wrong light.
