Orange Army arrives to clean up Rye Station
An army of volunteers from Network Rail arrived in Rye to clear overgrown vegetation outside the station.
The area will be used by Rye Studio School next year for creative projects.
Marshlink Community Rail Development Officer Kevin Barry said: “The team turned up in their orange overalls and got stuck in. Some travelled from as far as Northampton They cleared the area in four hours.”
