Hide AdCompare the Market says it analysed its database to discover which areas in the UK have the highest percentage of married couples with children and single people.
More than 10 million marital statuses were considered and broken down into categories of ‘single’, ‘married’, ‘married with kids’ and ‘cohabiting couples’.
The figures were then further categorised into location, gender and age.
Other results showed that Adur was in fourth place followed by Worthing, Lewes, Eastbourne, Wealden, Chichester, Brighton and Hove, Hastings, Rother and Arun.
