Newhaven Coastguard were called to the port on March 23, shortly before 5pm.
Newhaven Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked to assist with a casualty transfer from one of the Rampion Wind Farm service boats, to an Ambulance at Newhaven Port.
The Coastguard said that they assisted a man who had fallen ill on a vessel, and that he was transferred into the care of South East Coast Ambulance Service.
