'Car hits railing' near Brighton Pier
A car has reportedly hit a railing near Brighton Pier, causing delays.
Grand Junction Road, the A259, is currently blocked westbound at Brills Lane after a 'car collided with a section of railing on the pavement', according to traffic reports.
The incident is affecting traffic.
