The Six Bells, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Six Bells, 76 High Street, Billingshurst was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 3.
And Papa Pizza and Grill, a takeaway at 3 Ferrymead, Station Road, Pulborough was given a score of four on May 3.
